Returns Policy

If you are not satisfied for any reason, please contact us so we can resolve the matter.

If you need to return an item, please read our Returns Policy below.

Eligibility for returns

Your item(s) is eligible for a return if:

  • it is returned within 10 days of receiving your order (or 20 days for international purchases).

  • it is in it’s original condition: unworn, unwashed, unmarked and with all tags attached.

  • it is not a final sale item.

Certain items, such as gift cards, swimwear, earrings, preloved items, discounted items, and sale items, are final sale and cannot be returned. This includes items purchased with discount and promotional codes.

How to initiate a return

To start a return, please contact us at returns@merewetheratelier.com with your name, address, order number or receipt, and the details of the item(s) you wish to return.

Return shipping costs

We do not cover return postage costs; this is at your expense, except in cases of defective items or errors on our part.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service such as Registered Australia Post Express or Registered International Post to ensure your return reaches us safely. We cannot process returns for items lost in transit.

Refunds and exchanges

After we receive your return and confirm it meets our policy requirements, we will process your credit note or refund, less our initial delivery costs if applicable, to the original payment method within five to ten business days.

If you wish to exchange an item, please specify your preferred item in your return request. Exchanges are subject to availability.

If the return does not meet our policy requirements, we will contact you about next steps to return your item to you at your expense.

Damaged or defective items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please notify us as soon as possible so we can assist you.

If an item is faulty, we will contact the supplier, and it may be at their discretion to repair, replace or refund the item.

Please note that items damaged from wear and tear are not considered to be faulty.
